About Dharmesh Penesar

After obtaining a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Honours) degree from Cardiff University in 2005, Dharmesh was called to the English Bar at Lincoln's Inn, London in 2007. Dharmesh commenced his pupilage in Skrine in 2007 and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2008. He was thereafter retained in Skrine as a Legal Associate in the dispute resolution department. He subsequently joined Teja Singh Penesar & Co. in 2009, where his portfolio mainly covers corporate insolvency and company restructuring. Dharmesh also has one published article in Personal Money Magazine, March 2011 issue, entitled 'How to get the message across', which highlights customer rights, bankers' obligations and liability.
